Registration Fees
Customers who are residents of the city of Livingston (proof must be provided that they reside inside the physical city limits of Livingston) are eligible to get a membership card without a fee. Customers residing in Polk County outside the city limits pay a fee of $5.00 per customer per year. Customers residing in Texas, but not in Polk County, may get a non-resident library card for an annual fee of $40.00 per customer.
Temporary residents of Polk County may get a temporary card under the same conditions as above, and they will be assessed a $5.00 fee.
