Livingston Municipal Library accepts Memorial gifts of money, in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. The person making the donation may not select the materials to be purchased with the donation.  However, the person may request the funds be used to purchase items dealing with a certain subject.

2. While the request of the donor will be considered, the final decision of materials to be purchased will be made by the library director, who will select items based on the needs of the collections.

3. Acknowledgement cards will be sent both to the donor and the person the donor chooses to receive an acknowledgement card. A plaque listing both the honored person and the contributors of the memorial is placed in the front of the memorial book that is selected by the librarian.
